Warning for Teens

Literally speaking children is the tomorrow. Leaders will die and renowned actors and singers will fade away. I speak like this because of my experiences with children. There has been may instances when a child of six years old came up to me and told me their dad had done facecrime. Looking past the fact that this was a child that was barely on the earth longer than a decade its the fact that they told me.

At this time I was undercover scaling the potential of a thoughcrime individual named Winston. I was dressed regular and I made sure their was no inner party distinctions. The gist of the story is that kids see things differently than adults and even they can have the potential to lead a country guided the right way. My warning to teens today is that they should fear the unknown because once they find out the unknown they'll start to think like us. This is evident in men with space travel, artificial intelligence and

the human body.

"Confession is not betrayal. What you say or do doesn’t matter, only feelings matter. If they could make me stop loving you – that would be the real betrayal."

This quote itself relates not only to people but children. If they;re taught to get attached to things. They become weak and loses there ability to think freely for themselves not for the benefit for others.

"Nearly all children nowadays were horrible. What was worst of all was that by means of such organizations as the Spies they were systematically turned into ungovernable little savages, and yet this produced in them no tendency whatever to rebel against the discipline of the Party. 

Children being united for a cause makes them feel important. Rewards makes them keep doing it. Respect based on their ignorance makes them a leader.

Preservation of Privacy

Government is different from society. Government controls the actions and thoughts of society and the people in it take care of the rest. As a person apart of society its normal to want to have privacy or even think you do. In other parts of the world there is constant monitoring of the citizens and limited freedoms. If the people of the more developed countries thought that the life they had was better than what others had they would accept their life as the norm. Applying this to the twentieth-century standards preserving the privacy of society and all of its members is critical to have a stable government.

"Nonsense. The earth is as old as we are, no older. How could it be older? Nothing exists except through human consciousness."

"In memory. Very well, then. We, the Party, control all records, and we control all memories. Then we control the past, do we not?"

In today's world with the use of the amendments society feel entitled to their privacy but the government who provides the cameras for their security systems and systems that have access to their passwords can break that barrier as easy as a kid can steal a piece of candy when their parents aren't looking. The purpose for giving the government that power is to keep the information from the rest of society. The government is society. They're regular people that you wouldn't know the difference if they didn't have a badge. So the question is why trust people that is like you but instead went through different schooling, with your information? Its because society have the right to speak and protest and go to court if they misuse that power. This right given by the government gives them confidence that they themselves control their privacy. So society comes up with a kind of invisible bond among each other. That preserving privacy is critical and I agree. Without their privacy being protected they'll be enlightened to the real answer of who really controls their privacy.

Today's Privacy and Control

The people in this world and the government is the same. We put on the different suits and the different faces and reputations associated with our jobs: the rich and the poor. The land of the free comes with a price. A land wouldn’t survive without the inner party, outer party and the proles in society. Telescreens non stop monitors the actions of people as like cameras do in the present society. Cameras are everywhere, on stores and on houses being used for protection. The point is giving  people a sense of security and the people thats being recorded to not mind. In any type of relations a telescreen catches and from that point the information can be used for any purpose, as can a simple video camera on every street corner. It captures everything non terrorist and terrorist actions that can be used for the benefit of the controller.

"There was of course no way of knowing whether you were being watched at any given moment. How often, or on what system, the Thought Police plugged in on any individual wire was guesswork.



Telescreens have been effective even when people know that they're there, but cameras being planted on streetlights and every store makes the matter seems less important and makes the people get more used to the eye watching them constantly. This has a more subtle approach but the effectiveness is double-fold. 

"Never again will you be capable of ordinary human feeling. Everything will be dead inside you. Never again will you be capable of love, or friendship, or joy of living, or laughter, or curiosity, or courage, or integrity. You will be hollow. We shall squeeze you empty and then we shall fill you with ourselves."

 I have had many successes in the past with capturing offenders with telescreens but it isn’t one hundred percent effective because there is blind spots and masks people can put on. Subliminal presence of a camera captures the most loyal actions towards the government and activities that will threaten its power.  I successfully evaluated the party and came to the conclusion that the party rules with fear and struggles to retrieve loyalty and never ending devotion through 2 minutes hate and the Anti-Sex League but today’s society gives love willingly to a government that can potentially end their existence as much as the Party.

The Effectiveness of Propaganda

 Oceania is a place that has been flourishing for years. Not only economically but socially. Not because of a rich majority that have been controlling the country’s revenue and impacting every major decision, but by a group that have sustained a country affected by war with the methods of needed control.  The Party, the brilliant Party has perfected the art of control of a disheveled society. Telescreens have been implanted into every social gathering and houses, which promotes nationalism and prevents the unseen criminal thoughts and actions from happening.  It’s a perfect way to capture subordinates of oldthink and immoral actions.  This “ inhumane propaganda “ has prevented man from losing their humanity to the ways of a world that keeps man bound.

"In the middle of Hate Week, Oceania has switched enemies and allies in the ongoing war, heaping upon Winston a tremendous amount of work to compensate for the change."

The promotion of the Newthink dictionary and other Party products bring unity to the people and simplifies their mind.  The less use of words to express emotion the less use of mind another brilliant accomplishment by the party because without the freedom to think the mind can be formed and shaped to he way that pleases the party.  I make it my life work to protect the integrity of the party and understand anyone who seeks to go back to the way of oldthink. The use of hate week have been used to help the people release their anger towards a common enemy. I personally attend to observe the actions of the people. The way they act and the way the party's agenda is in play is refreshing to me until I encountered a person who I have been observing for some time and decided to make it my responsibility to change them. The party will accept no anomalies. The new Eleventh edition of the newspeak dictionary and the constant persuading of kids to report anyone even their parents who comes in the way of the power of the party-this achievement has surpassed the Romans and the past Europeans. The party will be forever lasting. Like today's propaganda the use of actors and singers promote the use of certain products and the tuning in to channels that support these changes,
